A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and a liquid crystal display having the same are provided to prevent disconnection of a plurality of signal transmission wires due to contact with embossing of a lower receiving housing by forming a ground wire and the signal transmission wires on an inner layer of the PCB. A liquid crystal display(10) includes a liquid crystal panel(130), a PCB(160), and a back light unit(200). The liquid crystal panel displays an image. The PCB is electrically connected to the liquid crystal, has a multi-layer structure, and includes a plurality of signal transmission wires on at least any one of other layers than the highest layer and the lowest layer. The back light unit supplies light to the liquid crystal panel. The multi-layer structure includes first to fourth layers. The first layer mounts a plurality of components for driving the liquid crystal panel. The second layer includes a power wire. The third layer includes a ground wire and the signal transmission wires. The fourth layer includes wire patterns connected to the components.
