PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensitive valve for surely preventing the malfunction of a valve element. SOLUTION: The temperature sensitive valve comprises a body 1 having flow-in port 1a and a flow-out port 1b for fluid, a valve seat member 4 having a valve port 41a, the valve element 51 to be moved up and down to open/close the valve port 41a, a temperature sensitive driver 7 for driving the valve element 51 to be closed in response to the temperature of the fluid, and a resetting spring 9 for applying elastic force to the valve element 51 to be opened against the driving force of the temperature sensitive driver 7. The valve seat member 4 has a body 41 having the valve port 41a, a guide portion 42 having an introduction hole 42a for introducing the fluid into the valve port 41a and a guide hole 42b for guiding the valve element 51 and protruding upward from an upper face 41b of the body 41. The resetting spring 9 is externally fitted to the guide portion 42, and its lower end 9b abuts on the upper face 41b of the body 41. On the root of the outer periphery of the guide portion 42, an inclined portion 42c is formed wider toward the lower side. The lower end of the inclined portion 42c corresponds to an inner diameter edge 9ba of the lower end 9b of the resetting spring 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
