PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "one's-own-vehicle position calculation device" capable of calculating the one's-own-vehicle position even when the vehicle cannot use a vehicle speed pulse signal. SOLUTION: This one's-own-vehicle position calculation device 30 comprises a GPS positioning information creation section 50 for creating information such as GPS speed from the positioning of a GPS satellite, a determination section 52 for determining that a vehicle speed pulse signal cannot be used when no vehicle speed pulse signal is input from a vehicle 34 and the GPS speed obtained from the GPS positioning information creation section 50 varies, a false vehicle speed pulse signal generating section 54 for generating a false vehicle speed pulse signal based on the GPS speed when it is determined that a vehicle speed pulse signal cannot be used, and a one's-own-vehicle position calculation processing section 42 for calculating the one's-own-vehicle position based on the false vehicle speed pulse signal.
