PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot antenna device for circular polarized wave in which beam width adjustment is easy and which can be made compact. SOLUTION: The slot antenna device has a rectangle waveguide 11 of which the top 12 is bent in 90°and the tip 13 is short-circuited, a cross slot antenna 14 provided on the top 12, a reflector 15 and a dielectric ring 16 arranged on the reflector 15 so as to surround the cross slot antenna 14.
