<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent for forming an antifogging film that exhibits good abrasion resistance and antifogging properties and, when contaminated with a colorant for the antifogging film, permits ready decoloration of the colorant with an alkaline solution, and a method for forming the antifogging film. <P>SOLUTION: The coating agent for forming the antifogging film is one of two-pack hardening type comprising a coating agent A and a coating agent B, where the coating agent A comprises an isocyanate component bearing an isocyanate group and the coating agent B comprises a polyol component and an isocyanate-reactive group-bearing surfactant. The polyol component contains a water-absorbing polyol and glycerin, where the amount of glycerin is 2-4 wt.% and the amount of the water-absorbing polyol is 25-40 wt.%, each based on 100 wt.% of the total amount of the isocyanate component, the polyol component and the surfactant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
