A rice noodle maker is provided to produce 100% rice noodles with excellent glutinousness and texture. A rice noodle maker comprises: a rekneading/compressing device(20) and a noodle-squeezer connecting casing(31). The rekneading/compressing device comprises: a hopper(21) through which rice dough made of 100% rice flour is fed; a cylindrical transfer-screw placing part(22) which is placed in the middle of the rekneading/compressing device; a noodle-squeezer connecting part(24) of which the diameter is larger than that of the transfer-screw placing part; a transfer screw(13) which is passed through a pierced hole of a partition(27') in the noodle-squeezer connecting part; and a compressing/propelling wing(30) which has a pierced hole at the center and is fit to a transfer screw shaft(14) of the transfer screw. The noodle-squeezer connecting casing in the form of a screw is joined to the rear of the rekneading/compressing device and has a noodle squeezing plate(43). |
