<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line input control system capable of operating a production line in a state of high production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a buffer in-process acquisition means 11 for acquiring the number of respective buffers in-process; a quantity of work in cassette acquisition means 13 for acquiring the number of work in cassette for each kind; a threshold recording means 12 for recording a predetermined threshold to be used for selecting a cassette to be input; and an input cassette selection means 14 for determining whether or not to input a cassette or selecting a cassette to be input. The input cassette selection means 14 determines an in-process threshold which is a threshold related to the number of in-process in buffer determined for each of a first buffer 3 and a second buffer 5 and an included number threshold which is the threshold related to the number of work in the cassette determined for each kind by using distribution information indicating the number of work of a prescribed kind included in one cassette and the number of cassettes including the same number of the prescribed kind of work out of all the cassetts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
