PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress information leakage by enabling information tracking when information recorded in a computer is taken out on a recording medium such as a USB memory. SOLUTION: An information leakage suppression apparatus (20, 30, 40) that is connected with the removable recording medium (10) and exchanges data with a server apparatus (50) via communication lines comprises a log recording means for writing to the recording medium a history of access from the information leakage suppression apparatus to the recording medium, and a log sending means for reading out the access history written to the recording medium by the log recording means from the recording medium and sending it to the server apparatus.
