PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test plug with a simple structure, with no risk of an electric shock or heat injury at all, with good working efficiency, being reliable in certainty. SOLUTION: This test plug, which is provided between a current transformer and a relay and inserted into a test terminal body having a plurality of sets of contact groups for opening the current transformer and the relay, has a substrate 12, an insulation plate 14 projected from the back side of the substrate 12, a plurality of sets of contacts 16a, 16b which are fixed on upper and lower sides of the insulation plate 14 and each of which can be contacted corresponding to the contact groups of the test terminal body, and a plurality of sets of terminals 18, 20 which are arranged on the surface of the substrate 12. Inner conductors 22a, 22b which connect the plurality of sets of terminals 16a, 16b and the plurality of sets of terminals 18, 20 are drawn so as to be exposed from the upper side and bottom side of the substrate 12 as a drawn conductor 24, which can be clamped from outside of the substrate 12.
