<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber lining method for a ladder, which enables a rubber sheet to be curved and pressure-bonded even to a crossing portion and which facilitates construction, and an implement for use in the rubber lining method. <P>SOLUTION: A member 11 for a handrail of the ladder 10, a member 12 for a foothold, and a member 13 for a leg portion are covered with lining rubber members 21, 22 and 23 which are cut in such a shape as to be capable of covering the members 11, 12 and 13, respectively. Subsequently, a crossing portion A of the member for the handrail and the member for the foothold, a crossing portion B of the member for the handrail, the member for the foothold and the member for the leg portion, and an outer peripheral portion C of the member for the foothold are covered from the outside and pressure-bonded by means of three types of pressure-bonding implements, respectively, so that the lining rubber members can be fixed. After that, the pressure-bonding implements are each removed, and the rubber-lined ladder is vulcanized. Thus, the lining rubber member can be curved in accordance with the shape of the cross portion etc. , and pressure-bonded by means of the pressure-bonding implement; and the construction can be easily performed by increasing an adhesive force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
