<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproduction processing server for quickly setting a processing process to perform processing and flexibly handling an addition or a change to or in the existing system even when receiving order with a plurality of number or kinds of media of inputting/outputting or receiving order with a complicated processing process, and an order processing system using the server. <P>SOLUTION: A work flow server acquires device disclosure information that is individual capacity information of a plurality of activity components executing one or more processes among a plurality of processes needed for reproduction processing, creates a list of pieces of information of capacity capable of being executed by a whole of an order processing system, and transmits the list to an order receiving device.
