PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous cosmetic preparation for coloring an eyelid and an eyebrow which is improved with respect to a fault of conventional cosmetics wherein the preparation does not flow into fine wrinkles and small holes. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the aqueous cosmetic preparation for coloring eyelid and eyebrow comprising 0.1-5 wt.% of a polyvinylpyrrolidone, 4-25 wt.% of an alcohol selected from a group consisting of ethanol and propanol, 2-15 wt.% of a humectant, 0.1-5 wt.% of a polyoxyethylene-a fatty acid ester of glycerol and/or polyether-modified polysiloxane and a coloring agent, and having a viscosity of less than 50 mPa s (Brookkfield, at 25°C).
