PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital television with built-in HDD improving the operability of recording to a recording medium. SOLUTION: Voice information is acquired by a microphone 18 and a voice program 100 is executed with the acquired voice information to automatically configure video recording settings for recording video data. At this time, the voice program 100 changes settings of quality of the image and sound for recording the video data to an HDD 15a according to the acquired voice information while comparing the voice information with command information recorded in a command table 100b.
