PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out well any of polarization processing at a recording head, a delivering operation, an inspection of piezoelectric characteristics, etc. by providing a means which suitably, easily and surely touches and isolates each other desired conductors included in a flexible wiring material of a recording head. SOLUTION: A flexible wiring material 12 has its front and rear surfaces covered with conductive layers 41a and 41b electrically independent of each other, respectively. Among many conductors wired therein, two first common potential lines 61a and 61b, and two second common potential lines 62a and 62b which supply a common potential to a plurality of driving parts of a piezoelectric actuator 11 and a driving IC chip 12a are wired overlapping up and down in a thickness direction. The first common potential line 61a and the second common potential line 61b are connected with the conductive layer 41a of the front surface and the conductive layer 41b of the back surface, respectively. Moreover, a conductive tape 64 is prepared at the flexible wiring material 12, which can selectively touch and isolate the conductive layers 41a and 41b of the front and back surfaces.
