PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burdens of a carer at the time of lifting up a cared person.

SOLUTION: Each lifting portion 16 includes a fixing portion 20 and a sliding portion slidable relative to the fixing portion 20. The sliding portion 16 has a placing surface 19 on which the cared person can be placed, and the fixing portion 20 includes an input portion 14 used to input an operation instruction. The input portion 14 can be located at a first position and a second position located more backward relative to the placing surface 19 than the first position in a direction away from the cared person.
