<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide citrus fruits suppressed in appearance and propagation of mold and in deterioration. <P>SOLUTION: The citrus fruits are subjected to treatment of bringing the surface of fruit skin into contact with a composition containing capillin, polyphenol showing pectin splitting enzyme activity inhibiting action, polyglyceryl fatty acid ester or sucrose fatty acid ester with HLB8-20, and fatty acid glyceride. It is good that a weight concentration ratio of capillin to polyhenol in the composition is capillin/polyphenol=1:(1-1,000), and it is suitable that concentration of capillin is 2,000 ppmm.
