A system and a method for providing a personalized service are provided to allow a user to edit open sources of an application layer, provided by a common carrier, through web programming to generate a personalized service. A system for providing a personalized service includes a service providing server(400), an open service server(500) and an open web server(200). The service providing server provides communication network resources to a user. The open service server provides a service generating environment to generate a new service using the communication network resources received from the service providing server based on a personalized service generation request received from the user. The open web server provides an open web interface capable of developing and operating an application service using a standardized application programming interface capable of accessing the communication network resources through the open service server to the user. The open web server generates and executes a personalized service through the open web interface. |
