The invention relates to devices for delivering radiation to body cavities, inparticular regions of a sinus cavity. Phototherapeutic apparatuses of the invention are adapted to treat a body cavity and comprise, for example, a light source <B>440</B>, and an insertion member <B>408</B>, having a distal end <B>422</B>, optically coupleable to the light source <B>440</B> and configured to be at least partially inserted into the body cavity to deliver light onto a target tissue. The distal end of insertion member <B>422</B> may conform to the tissue surface of the body cavity without inflation. The insertion member <B>408</B> may have an optical pathway that passes through an angle at the distal end of the insertion member. The insertion member may emit light in a diverging beam targeted onto a tissue area. |
