A method for manufacturing an aluminum polymer condenser is provided to improve a general characteristic of a condenser by minimizing an electric short circuit and reducing a leakage current. A method for manufacturing an aluminum polymer condenser includes the steps of: digesting and drying a condenser element to an oxidization agent solution using a methyl alcohol, an ethyl alcohol, or a mixture after a carbonization process; digesting the condenser element to a conductive polymer solution which dissolves a conductive polymer monomer with the methyl alcohol, the ethyl alcohol, or the mixture; performing a low temperature polymerization under a constant temperature-constant moisture condition of a relative humidity of 10 to 30%RH, and 10 to 30 degrees centigrade temperature range for 30 to 60 minutes; performing a middle temperature polymerization ranging 80 to 120 degrees centigrade for 20 to 60 minutes; and performing a high temperature polymerization ranging 150 to 200 degrees centigrade for 10 to 30 minutes.
