FIELD: oil and gas industry, particularly devices for drilling sludge desiccation during well drilling from offshore drilling platform. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises vertical centrifugal separator with vertical receiving channel and conical filter, at least one drainage orifice for liquid discharge in horizontal direction from device side, solid particle unloading orifice arranged from device side and conveyer located inside separator so that solid mud particles may be supplied in said opening. Drilling sludge is supplied into separator with built-in screw conveyers. Liquid separated from sludge is discharged and sludge is heated inside separator with heat transmitted from several sources and is accumulated in built-in screw conveyers for sludge delivery to another section. ^ EFFECT: increased drying efficiency, provision of independent operation and improved safety. ^ 12 cl, 6 dwg |
