FIELD: microbiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves culturing microorganisms under conditions of continuous circulation of cultural fluid by a closed contour and continuous separate saturation with gaseous hydrocarbons and aerating agent in feeding the nutrient mineral medium and removal of accumulated biomass. Saturation with aerating agent is carried out in its single contact with cultural fluid and the following removal. Saturation with gaseous hydrocarbons is carried out at their multiple contacts with cultural fluid based on recirculation of gaseous hydrocarbons by a closed contour up to their complete dissolving.
