An HLR(Home Location Register) system for supporting both a trunk-based network interface and an IP-based network interface is provided to offer voice/supplemental services to mobile subscriber, regardless of interface types, by enabling IP-based interfacing with other systems. An HLR system in a CDMA mobile communication system comprises the first network interface, the second network interface, an SCCP(Signaling Connection Control Point)(200), and an SS7(Signaling System No.7) stack management part(100). The first network interface is an E1-based network interface. The second network interface is an IP-based network interface to access an IP-based remote system. The SCCP stores received table information. If a signaling message for a mobile subscriber voice/supplemental service is generated, the SCCP confirms the received table, selects a remote system, and checks the interface type of the remote system. In case the remote system uses a trunk-type interface, the SCCP transmits the signaling message to an existing MTP3 processing part(30). However, if the remote system uses an IP-type interface, the SCCP transmits the signaling message to an M3UA processing part(300). In case that signaling messages from a remote system are received through an IP network, the SS7 stack management part manages each table so as to transmit them to an upper layer through the second network interface and to execute signaling message processing, and provides table information to the second network interface. Also the SS7 stack management part provides table information containing the network type information of the remote system to the SCCP. |
