PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal that can select request operation executed by a communication terminal at a mail reception side for receiving mail transmitted from a plurality of kinds of preset request operation for designation, and can designate operation timing for executing the request operation. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal at a mail transmission side comprises: a means for inputting request operation information including information for designating one of a plurality of kinds of request operation that can be executed by the communication terminal at a mail reception side and information for designating operation timing for executing the request operation; a means for adding the request operation information to mail; and a means for transmitting the mail to which the request operation information is added. The mobile communication terminal at the mail reception side comprises: a means for acquiring the request operation information from received mail; and a means for executing the request operation based on the request operation information. The request operation information may include information outputted to the communication terminal at the mail reception side before or during the execution of the request operation.
