PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water-washing toilet seat descending by user's weight when a user is seated on the toilet seat to operate its switching device and adjusting a position where the switching device operates, although this switching device does not operate unless the toilet seat descends normally when the user is seated on it, to perform stable switching operation by being adjusted into a state allowing the switching device to operate accurately according to a use situation. SOLUTION: This switching device arranged by corresponding to a shaft of the toilet seat opened and closed and operating by the descent of the toilet seat when the user is seated on it incorporates an adjusting member for adjusting a point in time when the switching device operates by the descent of the toilet seat in the shaft part so as to be tunable.
