PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new function in a homogenizer with a laboratory paddle used together with a sterilized inspection bag, and to carry out homogenizing in a short time under the optimum condition. SOLUTION: Essential cleaning for the paddle and a cavity part of the homogenizer are quickly and efficiently carried out because attaching and detaching are very easily carried out without using a tool by a novel paddle. The bag filled with the specimen and a liquid is easily inserted into the homogenizer when homogenizing in the next, because the two paddles are stopped at the same time on the same plane by an optical or another type sensor. A volume of a space between the paddle and a door is regulated easily without using the tool, while looking with eyes by advancing or retreating back the whole of a motor and the paddle, for regulating a crushing force of the homogenizer by a size, hardness and a property of the specimen. The characteristic homogenizer makes the homogenizing efficient and safe, and shortens remarkably the time therefor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
