摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the connection resistance between a scanning line layer and a signal line layer of a substrate for display device which employs not a method of directly connecting the scanning line layer and signal line layer by forming through holes between the scanning signal layer and signal line layer, but a method of connecting the scanning line layer and signal line layer through an ITO layer by forming through holes between the scanning line layer and ITO layer and also forming through holes between the signal line layer and ITO layer as well as a method in which a wiring structure of the substrate connects the scanning line layer and signal line layer. <P>SOLUTION: The through holes connecting the scanning line layer and ITO layers and the through holes connecting the signal line layer and ITO layer are disposed each in a comb shape such that combs of the both mesh with each other, and then a length of the ITO layer needed to connect the scanning line layer and ITO layer is made short to reduce the connection resistance value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
