PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focus adjustment mechanism capable of preventing distortion of a lens frame and eccentricity of lenses. SOLUTION: The focus adjustment mechanism 1 includes: the lens frame 20 having a boss 21 projecting outside; and a lens barrel 10 having a cam groove 11 in which the boss 21 is inserted, and holding the slidable lens frame 20 so that the boss 21 is movable along the cam groove 11. By fixing the fixable member 30 with the boss 21 inserted in an insertion hole 32, the movement of the boss 22 along the cam groove 11 is restrained, and the lens frame 20 can be fixed to the lens barrel 10. This prevents the lens frame 20 from being pulled towards the lens barrel 10 by the boss 21, thus preventing distortion of the lens frame 20 and eccentricity of the lenses 23 to 27.
