PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane emission device for games capable of forming a wide-range and uniform-light emission plane of less light emitting elements than those of the conventional one. SOLUTION: This plane emission device 100 is constituted by annularly disposing a plurality of plane emission cell units 100A-100F. The plane emission cell unit has side frames 102 and 103 having light reflection planes 102a and 103a facing a base frame 101 storing LEDs 111Aa-111Ac, or the light sources, at a prescribed angle, and two light guide plates 104a and 104b clamping a light diffusion sheet 105 therebetween is mounted in a space surrounded thereby. This device reflects the light inward by the light reflection planes of the side frames and diffuses the light via the light diffusion sheet so as to form a wide-range and uniform-light emission plane.
