LOOP RING FOR CONCRET SOLIDIFICATION PREVENT OF CONCRET MIXER SHAFT

A loop ring tool for preventing solidification of concrete at a concrete mixer shaft is provided to remove the residual concrete attached to the shaft effectively by forming fine uneven parts between balls and to prevent other machines from being damaged even if the ring tool is separated by natural friction wear, by using rubber. A loop ring tool(3) having a diameter larger than that of a rotary shaft(2) is assembled to the rotary shaft installed in a concrete mixer(1). When the mixer shaft is turned, the upper end of the ring tool comes into contact with the mixer shaft to remove the residual concrete stuck to the mixer shaft. The hemispheric rubber ring tools impregnated with metal bodies are combined with each other while covering the mixer blade shaft and assembled to the shaft by fitting bolts to both brackets.
