PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro flow channel device with a blood filtration function, which separates and filtraters a hemocyte component from a blood sample containing a micro amount of the blood component, by an inexpensive and simple operation. SOLUTION: The micro flow channel device with the blood filtration function is constituted of: an opening part for introducing the blood sample; an inclined type membrane filter disposed in a lower part side of the opening part; a support body film for holding the inclined type membrane filter; a space for reserving the filtrated blood component; a flow channel connected to the space; and an outlet part connected to the flow channel. The inclined type membrane filter has a distribution of filtration diameters of the filter getting small gradually from an opening part side toward a space side, and the support body film has through holes having 1 to 500μm of diameter at a ratio of 5 to 60% of numerical aperture.
