PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of lowering of working precision of a cutting article due to generation of self-excited vibration of a tip saw by vibration of a tip due to impact in cutting on the installation type tip saw. SOLUTION: Falling of the tip is prevented and the working precision of the cutting article is improved by relaxing transmission of the cutting impact from the tip to a saw blade plate and restraining generation of the self-excited vibration by holding a cushioning material with adhesiveness for relaxing the impact in cutting between a tooth rest surface of a tip mounting part of the tip saw and a groove bottom surface of a tip fitting groove simultaneously with insertion work.
