摘要	<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an engagement/disengagement motion of a cylindrical roller in a clutch portion of the brake-side. <P>SOLUTION: A clutch unit comprises a lever-side clutch portion 11, provided in an input side, which controls transmission and blocking of a rotating torque to an output side by a lever operation and a brake-side clutch portion 12, provided in the output side, which blocks a reverse input torque from the output side, while transmitting the input torque from the lever-side clutch portion 11 to the output side. The clutch unit has the brake-side side plate 23 which is arranged in the end surface side of the cylindrical roller 25 which engages/disengages in a wedge space between a brake-side outer ring 22 and the output shaft 24 and a protrusion 23f which regulates axial positions of the cylindrical roller 25 is provided in the region opposing to the cylindrical roller 25 of the brake-side side plate 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
