A machine for pulverizing bones contained in food garbage is provided to enable the pulverized food garbage to be degraded within a short time by high activities of microorganisms and annihilate the food garbage by finely pulverizing hard and large food garbage such as bones into powder with such particle size as that of flour. A machine for pulverizing bones contained in food garbage comprises: long shafts(12,12') installed within a hopper(10); a plurality of pulverizing wheels(15,15') which have a plurality of pulverizing blades formed thereon, and which are alternately mounted on the long shafts(12,12'); the filtering mesh(11) installed under the long shafts(12,12'); long shafts(13,13') which are installed under the filtering mesh such that a width between the long shafts is shorter than a width between the long shafts(12,12'); pulverizing wheels(17,17') which are smaller than the pulverizing wheels(15,15'), which have a plurality of pulverizing blades formed on outer peripheral surfaces thereof, and which are alternately mounted on the long shafts(13,13'); pulleys(22,22') linked to the long shafts(12,12') and the long shafts(13,13') by belts(23); and a speed reducer(21) connected to a motor(20) to drive the long shafts(12,12'), wherein bones injected into the hopper are pulverized into a first pulverized material by the pulverizing wheels(15,15'), first pulverized material passing through the filtering mesh is pulverized into a second pulverized material by the pulverizing wheels(17,17'), and the second pulverized material is supplied to a body installed under the hopper. |
