The present invention provides a means for providing the consistency of service management information including location referencing (LOC) information, which is used by a Telematics Service Provider (TSP) and a terminal, in transmitting TPEG information for a Traffic and Travel Information (TTI) service through one-way broadcasting network, thereby providing a method for enabling a terminal to match and use TPEG information for at least one of traffic and travel information services provided by the TSP center, and notifying the terminal of the configuration and an update time of a file which configures each TPEG application service, so that the terminal can most efficiently process/manage information according to each application service.
