The device includes a brush provided on inner face of the windshield, mounted with guides displacement possibility and located in the interior of a vehicle. A media for the communication with an alternative displacement for cleaning the surface or inner face of windshield is provided. The brush is constituted by two or more sections linked by a telescopic coupling, which has an elastic media to adapt brushes at cross-sectional curvature of the windshield.
