WEBMETER SERVICE SYSTEM AND SERVICE METHOD THEREOF

A web-meter service system and a service method thereof are provided to perform the measurement and control for a power related facility at a PC in real time by installing application software at the PC. A web-meter service system comprises a server(10), a client PC(16) and an SMS(Short Message Service) server(13). The server comprises a distributing board group(21), a motor control group(23), a receiving and switching board group(17). An equipment monitoring group(19) uploads real-time information of each group such as measurement data, state data and monitoring information through the Ethernet in order to store the uploaded real time information in a measurement DB(11), and provides an application program for creating popup windows to a client PC. The client PC monitors the real-time information about the electric power related equipments, and is able to demand emergency A/S. The SMS server transmits a message for notifying the emergency to a mobile phone of a manager by a command of the server according to the emergency A/S demand from the PC.
