CONTROL ARM FOR SUSPENSION AND MAKING METHOD THEREOF

A control arm for a suspension and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase rigidity of the control arm without increasing weight of the control arm and to prevent the control arm from being damaged by forming hollow parts in the control arm and forming partitions at the hollow parts. A control arm for a suspension comprises a body, combining holes, a front panel(72), a rear panel, and partitions(80). The body is installed between a vehicle body and a strut assembly. The combining holes have bushes combined with the strut assembly. The rear panel corresponds to the front panel in a predetermined gap. The partitions are formed in the body to form space parts(82). The front panel is relatively thick in comparison with the rear panel, the partitions, and the side panel. Multiple projections are formed on peripheral surfaces of the combining holes.
