PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for creating a 3-dimensional model zoomed image so as to obtain a zoomed image of a specified part of a product with less trouble in confirming an assembly state and a shape of many parts and available on a computer with low processing performance for an interactive operation in a 3-dimensional model such as an industrial product. SOLUTION: The device comprises a model data management means for managing a prepared 3-dimensional model; a means of creating and processing zoomed image data for receiving whole shape information and parts shapes information from the management means, receiving a sight direction and a zooming parameter through an input device and producing a zoomed image; and a zoomed image data management means for receiving the zoomed image from the processing means, internally managing parts IDs in association with the zoomed image after receiving the parts IDs from the model data management means, and outputting the zoomed image corresponding to the parts IDs received from the input device to an output device.
