<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion-conducting electrolyte capable of achieving high ionic conductivity and decreasing the interface resistance and to provide a secondary battery using it. <P>SOLUTION: In the ion-conducting electrolyte containing a polymer formed by polymerizing salt monomers comprising an onium cation having polymerizable functional group and an organic anion having polymerizable functional group; a lithium salt; and a normal temperature molten salt, the ion-conducting electrolyte is prepared by diluting with water azeotropic solvent conducting azeotropy with water under atmospheric pressure in the ratio of water more than 16 wt.% to a solvent less than 84 wt.%, and then removing the water azeotropic solvent by solvent removing operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
