The implant has a base (2) and a jamb adjacent to the base, where the jamb engages in a retainer (21) of the base in a positive and non-positive manner. The jamb is connected with the retainer by a fixing screw and has a mold part cooperating with a complementarily formed front side section (23) in a wall (22) that surrounds the retainer in a sealable manner. A gold layer is arranged between the mold part and the front side section, where the gold layer has a thickness from 2 to 10 millimeters. The gold layer is made of a gold/silver-alloy with 5 percentages of silver content.
