PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a reception side does not recognize an originally set length indicator and an original high-order layer packet is not correctly configured or the like when a physical layer residual CRC error is just generated at an HE bit or an E bit. SOLUTION: The wireless communication method includes, in a wireless communication system for performing wireless communication using a plurality of layers including an RLC layer, (a) a step (S100) of setting the size upper limit value of RLC SDU which is the data block from a high order layer in the RLC layer, and (b) a step of detecting RLC PDU which is a data packet configuring the RLC SDU in the RLC layer as a fraudulent packet when exceeding the size upper limit value.
