LIFTING DEVICE FOR CONE OF ELECTRIC GENERATOR AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

A lifting device for a cone of an electric generator and a fabricating method thereof are provided to reduce fabricating time in a core work place by horizontally installing a generator stator and simultaneously assembling the cones at both sides of the generator stator. A lifting device for a cone of an electric generator includes an H-beam(1), a hanger(2), and a trolley(3). The H-beam is fixed on a key bar to support a core. The hanger fixes the H-beam. The trolley moves along a lower flange of the H-beam. A T-shaped groove where an upper flange of the H-beam is inserted is formed at a lower part of the hanger. A fixed plate(5) is attached at a right end of the H-beam. The fixed plate has parallel through holes. A stopper(8) is attached at a left end of the H-beam. A round bar(10) is horizontally installed at the trolley. Two hooks(11) are installed on the round bar. Each of the hook has a ring unit to insert the round bar at an upper part and a screw thread at a lower part. A wedge(15) and a nut(16) are inserted into the hooks respectively. A cone structure(20) is horizontally hung on the lower parts of the hooks.
