A mouse having a sound modulation function is provided to enable a user to play a PC game more interestedly by outputting a sound having a frequency/amplitude modulated according to displacement of the mouse. A communicator(110) receives sound data by connecting to a PC with a cable. A sound data storing part(120) stores the sound data received from the communicator. A frequency modulator(130) modulates a frequency of the sound data according to an X-axis displacement signal generated from a signal generator. An amplitude modulator(140) modulates amplitude of the sound data according to a Y-axis displacement signal generated from the signal generator. A DAC(Digital Analog Converter)(150) converts the modulated sound data into an audio signal. A sound output part(160) outputs the audio signal. An LED(190) indicates an on/off-state based on an on/off signal generated from a switch.
