A disposable brassiere and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to facilitate its use by preventing silicone separation during removing the brassiere and reducing production cost. A disposable brassiere comprises: a pair of cup parts; a linkage part to link the cup parts to each other; a supporting part formed on the exterior side of the cup part; an outer fabric layer(300); a hot melt film layer(310); and a silicone layer(320). A method for manufacturing the disposable brassiere includes the steps of: attaching hot melt film to elastic fabric sheet; cutting the prepared fabric sheet to the shape of brassiere; applying silicone on top of the hot melt film layer; heating the silicone attached fabric sheet in an oven; and packing the produced brassiere after covering a vinyl sheet on the surface of silicone. |
