PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic environment adaptation adjustment type monitoring camera which is adapted to conditions of various kinds of different external environment to provide a stable image reading function and effect since it has a function for storing a preset operation parameter and immediately performing automatic adjustment of the operation parameter. SOLUTION: An optical sensing unit reads and converts an image signal. An image processing unit processes a video signal from the optical sensing unit to output the image. An optical lens set projects an optical signal to the optical sensing unit, is connected to the image processing unit to adjust the operation parameter of the optical lens set. A microprocessor is connected to the image processing unit and at least one automatic control unit to generate an adjustment value of operation parameter data by an internal logic operation. A storage unit stores the preset operation parameter data and forms linking of the microprocessor and the image processing unit and the operation parameter data, respectively.
