<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with transaction using a cash card at an automated teller machine wherein, in a case (surrogate transaction) where, for example, a husband (requester) hands a cash card to his wife (requested) to make the wife execute a transaction as a surrogate and if the use of a mobile terminal that stores account information instead of the cash card is assumed in this case, the husband has to hand a cellphone to the wife to make the wife execute the transaction as a surrogate, making it impossible for the husband to make calls using the cellphone while the wife is using the cellphone. <P>SOLUTION: A first mobile terminal (requester) and a second mobile terminal (requested) each have a communication means for sending and receiving data. Data is transmitted between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal using the communication means, and the second mobile terminal stores the data stored in the first mobile terminal.
