PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To group a plurality of clients and to change configuration of software all at once within the group. SOLUTION: A profile updating means 1c updates the profile corresponding to a client 2a stored in a profile storage means 1a when receiving a change notice from the client 2a. A synchronization target determination means 1d refers to a group information storage means 1b and determines the other clients 2b, 2c belonging to the same group as the client 2a to be synchronized when detecting updating of the profile. A synchronization instruction means 1e transmits a synchronization notice that updating of the profile should be reflected in the determined clients 2b, 2c and updates the profiles corresponding to the clients 2b, 2c.
