<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such unavoidable problems that porosity easily tends to increase, the apex of the brush tip can hardly be shaped neatly and satisfactory writing touch cannot be ensured, in case the brush tip is made up of a large number of synthetic resin brush fillings with differing crimp wavelength, and that the brush tip made up of four different polyester fibers with varying taper length has such disadvantages that the brush fillings are too densely implanted, so that a coating fluid can hardly flow smoothly inside the brush tip but does flow during writing when the viscosity is low, while it develops a thin spot when the viscosity is high, although the brush tip tends to be orderly/tight together as all the fillings to be used are of straight fiber with a tapered apex. <P>SOLUTION: The brush tip is formed of synthetic resin fillings, with a tapered apex, which are at least, the blending of two different straight fillings with a circular section and one straight filling with an odd-shaped section. In addition, the diameter of the straight filling fiber is 0.10 to 0.20 mm, and the diameter of the filling with an odd-shaped section is 0.10 to 0.20 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
