MANAGEMENT METHOD, MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method for grasping the circulating circumstances of transmitted first information at a Web site side which provides a service, and for limiting the transmission of second information.

SOLUTION: Additional information associated with identification information transmitted from a portable telephone set 2 is generated by the generation means of a server computer 1. The additional information as well as first information is transmitted to a portable telephone 2. When receiving the identification information and the additional information from the portable telephone set 2 or a portable telephone set 3, whether or not the received identification information is matched with the identification information of the portable telephone set 2 associated with the additional information generated by the generation means is decided by a decision means. The number of times of mismatching is counted by a counting means. When it is decided that those identification information is not matched by the decision means, the second information is transmitted to the portable telephone set 3 based on the counted number of times.
