A washbasin surround has a tap fitting whose housing incorporates a prior art water mixer cartridge for hot and cold water with conventional operation. The mixer housing has a forward-directed spout discharging water. The spout incorporates two passages from the mixer to two separate outlets. Discharge can be switched fro one outlet to the other by manipulation of the outlet fitting about a horizontal axis.
